Social Cohesion and Access Issues
looks at a paper from The First Planning Quarterly for 2007 by Regan
Solomon of the Waitakere District Council on the Social Cohesion of
Manukau City
This paper is a draft copy of my
MFP dissertation on the role of Customer Service policies in an effects
driven Environmental Policy. It also looks at the above article on social
cohesion and how access can be improved for groups who do not have good
access to democratic systems (either through lack of understanding or
finncial constraints).
This blog file covers the Friends
of Pukaki Creek developers guide to good community and adding value to
your property within the rules of the NZ Building code and the Manukau
City Council District Plan 2002 and of course a modest budget!
